Jim Deva Plaza In Vancouver’s West End becomes new crime hotspot

A public space in Vancouver’s West End is experiencing a major uptick in crime, vandalism and drug use. It’s become the latest hangout for a number of homeless people following the closure of the Oppenheimer Park tent city. Rumina Daya reports.
