Coronavirus: More testing, fewer cases as Quebec enters new phase of deconfinement

Premier François Legault says his government is comfortable with the way deconfinement is progressing with the daily number of confirmed COVID-19 cases slowly decreasing despite increased testing. But as Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, Quebec, especially the Montreal region, is not out of the woods just yet.
