Rosewood Estates residents in Cobourg have surprise musical visitors

A bagpiper and three Highland dancers made their way to Rosewood Estates in Cobourg to provide entertainment to residents.
Everyone was able to sit along the sidewalk or on their decks while maintain that physical distancing at all times.
