Winnipeg Public Information Officer Jay Murray said on Monday that police have charged Justin Gabriel James, 46, with manslaughter in a stabbing incident on a transit bus on Sunday. They are appealing for a witness on the bus who may have more information on what led to Winnipeg’s 17th homicide of the year. Police say the suspect started an unprovoked attack on the victim, 57-year-old Raymond Wesley Hill.
