On Sunday, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson defended his top advisor Dominic Cummings after reports surfaced that he took a 400 km trip in March during lockdown measures. Johnson said Cummings acted “responsibly, legally and with integrity” in travelling to “find the right kind of child care.”
