‘Drive-thru’ pickup for Golden Retriever puppies in training to be assistance dogs

The worldwide health care crisis caused by the coronavirus has even affected how volunteers picked up assistance dogs in training. A litter of eight Golden Retriever puppies were ready to start their Pacific Assistance Dog (PADS) training today, but physical distancing measures meant the pick up was done “drive-thru style.”
