Coronavirus outbreak: California governor says people can expect plan to reopen places of worship by Monday

California Gov. Gavin Newsom said on Friday that people could expect guidelines on how to safely reopen places of worship by Monday. His comments come just after President Donald Trump ordered places of worship to be considered essential services and said he would “override” governors if they refused to open “right now.”
