New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Friday that the state is launching a US$100-million small business relief program for businesses with 20 employees or fewer, amid the economic downturn due to the coronavirus pandemic, called the NY Forward Loan Fund. The state will be working with private banks to provide financial relief.
