‘They can expect the full weight of the law to come down upon them’: B.C. premier on racist acts during pandemic

Speaking at his weekly media briefing, Premier John Horgan answers a reporter’s question about the consequences for vandals after a Vancouver Island spa owned by a Korean-Canadian family was targeted twice with racist graffiti. Horgan also comments on “beefing up” the province’s anti-racism plan.
