Asked about President Donald Trump’s tweets regarding absentee ballot applications being mailed out in Michigan in which he initially called it “illegal” and threatened federal funding, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said his comments were about concerns he had about potential fraud resulting from “mass mail-in voting.” She did not answer what was illegal, however, saying that was a question for the Trump campaign.
