New Democratic Party Leader Jagmeet Singh said Wednesday his party is still fine-tuning its proposal for the talks on how to reopen parliament, but they are eyeing a hybrid model for parliamentary proceedings, similar to what is now being used in the U.K. The model would allow for MPs to attend either virtually or in person, as the pause on normal parliamentary proceedings is set to expire on Monday.
