Small businesses urging consumers to tap with debit during pandemic

More and more Canadians are using contactless payment methods as retailers reopen, and small businesses are encouraging consumers to tap with debit as much as possible to give them a break on the higher fees credit cards charge back to merchants. Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa has more.
