Coronavirus outbreak: Fewer tests a result of less people showing symptoms, Saskatchewan premier says

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said Tuesday that the province has the capacity to test more than 1,500 people per day, but that fewer people are presenting with symptoms and requiring testing.
