A Cyclone helicopter which crashed in the Ionian Sea off the coast of Greece, killing all Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) crew aboard, was conducting a military-sanction mission that was fully authorized at the time of its crash, Lt. Gen Michael Rouleau, Canadian Joint Operations Command told reporters Tuesday.
