Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Thursday that they were relying on direction from both public health officials, and the overall case numbers, in determining when they can move to the next stage of reopening following the beginning of Stage 1. Asked about personal services, like hair care, Ford said people would still have to wait for the time being.
