New Brunswick Education Minister Dominic Cardy on Thursday announced licenced early learning and childcare facilities will not reopen until May 19. He also said he expects people will see a “staggered” reopening as with other businesses, and should some wish not to reopen “that is their choice” and they will continue to have the support of the provincial government.
