One person was taken to hospital after getting struck by a train in Port Hope Wednesday night.
It happened at about 9 p.m. on Hope St. S., just south of Peter St.
Port Hope Police Service say a Durham Region man was rushed to Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg and then later airlifted to a Toronto hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Police are continuing the investigation.
