U.S. President Donald Trump said Wednesday he was “surprised” by comments made by Dr. Anthony Fauci in front of a Senate committee warning about “serious consequences” if America’s economy reopens too quickly. Trump said the comments were “not acceptable” and accused Fauci of “playing all sides of the equation.”
