B.C. government announces plan to clean up abandoned wells

At a press briefing Wednesday, B.C. Minister of Energy, Mines, and Petroleum Resources Bruce Ralston announces the province’s plan to clean up orphaned and inactive wells in northern British Columbia thanks to a $120-million injection of funds from the federal government.
