Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health Dr. Barbara Yaffe said Wednesday that Ontario had added Multi-System Inflammatory Vasculitis, a rare illness that has been reported in children diagnosed with COVID-19, to the province’s case definition for COVID-19, but that no cases had been identified in the province to date.
