Tory calls on Ontario government for emergency funding for Toronto-area municipalities

Mayor John Tory says residents can’t cover the city’s pandemic losses through service cuts or large tax increases. Tory, along with other Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area mayors, is calling on the province to step in with funding for cities. Matthew Bingley reports.
