Coronavirus outbreak: Ontario to announce three-stage reopening plan as state of emergency extended

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Tuesday the province is preparing to unveil a three-stage reopening plan on Thursday, and that his government was also seeking to have a state of emergency in the province formally extended until June 2.
