Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says government committed to providing affordable childcare spaces

Speaking to reporters outside Rideau cottage on Tuesday morning, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the economic devastation from COVID-91 has disproportionately impacted women, indicating a continuing need for both the federal and provincial governments to provide quality, affordable childcare both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
