Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says his government ‘laying the groundwork’ for Canadian economy to ‘come roaring back’

Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Saturday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the measures his government had taken since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic were designed in part to “lay the groundwork” for Canada’s economy to “come roaring back” once the pandemic’s danger subsides.
