Was it the right decision to cancel B.C. surgeries during coronavirus outbreak?

B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix defends the decision to cancel more than 30,000 procedures in the province because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Officials announced a plan to reschedule elective surgeries to clear the backlog beginning May 18.
