Coronavirus: Quebec seniors have mixed emotions about newfound freedom after easing of restrictions

After nearly eight weeks in confinement, the Quebec Government has eased some of the restrictions for private senior’s residences but as Global’s Dan Spector reports, even though they are now allowed to take walks out on the street, some are not sure they want to yet.
