Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Wednesday, Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam outlined some guidelines Public Health Canada would like to see, including an increase in overall testing capacity, to address the concern of asymptomatic spread of COVID-19 before schools in any province are reopened.
