The prime minister has announced a new federal program to help Canadian agriculture get through the COVID-19 crisis, but Alberta ranchers say it’s not nearly enough. Food producers across the country had asked for $2.6 billion dollars, but Ottawa’s giving them only a tenth of that. Gil Tucker reports.
