B.C. health officials investigating excess deaths during pandemic

In a normal year, 115 people die every day in B.C. But between March and up until the end of April, there were 170 excess deaths in B.C. in 2020 and only 111 can be attributed to COVID-19. Now health officials want to know if these people died indirectly due to the novel coronavirus.
