Coronavirus outbreak: Several ‘metrics’ to look at to determine next steps in reopening, Ontario’s top doctor says

Asked how close Ontario was to the “finish line” or the goal of being able to move to the next stage of reopening, chief medical officer Dr. David Williams said Monday they have to look at several metrics to decide when to move to the next phase. He said this includes the overall transmission rate and the test positivity rate.
