New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Monday that his government will make sure hospitals don’t fill more than 70 per cent of their bed capacities going forward to be ready in case of COVID-19 resurgence, and that all hospitals must have 90 days worth of personal protective equipment (PPE) stockpiled before the reopening deadline of May 15.
