Coronavirus outbreak: Anand says Spartan setback ‘part of the process’ in developing new technology

Anita Anand, minister of public services and procurement, said Sunday that she considers the setback faced by Ottawa-based biotech company Spartan Bioscience after its rapid COVID-19 test was voluntarily recalled “part of the process” in developing new technology.
