Horse stable closed, and not eligible for emergency funding

A Fraser Valley stable that provides equine therapy programs is facing a financial crunch. They’ve been forced to shut down due to the coronavirus crisis, and aren’t eligible for provincial or federal emergency funds. Nadia Stewart reports
