City of Grand Forks makes offers on dozens of previously-flooded properties

After many low-lying homes in Grand Forks were swamped with floodwaters in 2018, the city is now buying dozens of properties in the North and South Ruckle neighbourhoods with plans to convert the area into a green space. Jules Knox has reaction from residents.
