U.S. President Donald Trump held a meeting with New Jersey gov. Phil Murphy in the White House on Thursday, after meeting with Florida and New York governors earlier this week. Gov. Murphy thanked Trump for sending medical equipment and said county parks in his state will be open to the public as of Saturday morning in a “baby steps” move to reopen the economy. New Jersey is the second hardest-hit state in the U.S. after New York with a total of 116,264 cases and 6,770 deaths as of Thursday.
