U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday that he recognizes he was “lucky” in his recovery from COVID-19, but others have died from the virus. He stressed the government’s objective has been and continues to be to “save lives” and even after his own experience with the coronavirus, that objective “remains unchanged.”
