Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Thursday, Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Vance told reporters that in his opinion, the Cyclone helicopter had a “terrific” performance record across the Canadian Forces. Six service members were on board a Cyclone helicopter which crashed into the Ionian Sea during a training exercise.
