NDP leader Jagmeet Singh spoke on Wednesday from the House of Commons criticizing the Trudeau government’s approach when it came to assisting students affected by COVID-19, saying the help came late and was not enough. He called on the government to give students with disabilities and students with dependents the same amount of money as others under the CERB.
