The city of Montreal is being hard hit by the pandemic with more confirmed cases of COVID-19 than any other city in Canada. Despite that, the mayor said she is happy the province has decided to reopen the economy but insists the right conditions will have to be met for that plan to go ahead. As Gloria Henriquez reports, the city has three weeks to make sure everyone is ready.
