N.B. first province to create ‘new bubbles’ and other provinces look to follow suit

It was a concept first floated by New Zealand and New Brunswick is the first province in Canada to follow suit. It’s called a “family bubble,” an approach that would see two isolated households join together. As Morganne Campbell reports, all eyes are on the east as the process unfolds.
