New York Governor Andrew Cuomo held his daily press conference on Tuesday from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Cuomo outlined the criteria he said would be considered “danger signs” as parts of the state plant o reopen their economies, including benchmark numbers of hospitalization rates or rates of infection.
