Coronavirus outbreak: Dr. Tam says Canadians must ‘plan to live’ with COVID-restrictions for some time

Canada’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Theresa Tam said Tuesday that until there is both a stable vaccine and a high level of immunity to COVID-19 in the general population, Canadians should “plan to live with” some form of COVID-19 restriction for some time.
