Mayor of Toronto John Tory said on Monday that Ontario’s framework for reopening, which was announced earlier in the day, is a “safe and responsible approach” and it will guide the work the city’s doing to ensure a safe and strong recovery. He said he works closely with the premier’s office as the recovery of the province is strongly related to its largest city’s recovery.
