Dr. Eileen de Villa, Toronto’s medical officer of health reported a total of 4,973 cases of COVID-19 in Toronto on Monday, including 4,493 confirmed cases and 480 probable cases. She also reported that 308 people are currently hospitalized from COVID-19, and 104 people in intensive care. A total of 297 deaths due to COVID-19 were reported in Toronto as of Monday.
