New Brunswick chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell on Monday said the province is currently in the early stages of recovery from the first wave of COVID-19. The doctor stressed the importance of not breaking the two-family household bubble, which is one of the province’s loosened measures allowing families to come in contact with only one other household during this time.
