Province unveils plan to shelter tent city residents in Vancouver and Victoria

The provincial government has rolled out its plan to house nearly a thousand people who’ve been living in tent cities in Victoria and Vancouver’s notorious Oppenheimer Park, and as Nadia Stewart reports, authorities in each city now have two weeks to get hundreds of people into hotels and community centres.
