Asked whether the recently announced rent relief was “too little, too late” given that some businesses have already closed, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Friday that the federal government is focusing on trying to get Canada through a moment of “hibernation” with various financial aid so that afterwards businesses “hardest hit” can see people return through their doors and “restart.”
