Nova Scotia shooting: Gunman’s attack on girlfriend may have been ‘trigger point’ ahead of mass shooting

Supt. Darren Campbell, officer in charge of support services for Nova Scotia RCMP, told reporters Friday that an argument between Gabriel Wortman, 51, and his girlfriend Saturday night in Portapique, Nova Scotia may have been the “trigger point” for the worst mass shooting incident in Canadian history.
