Moncton man recalls run-in with Nova Scotia shooting suspect

A Moncton man who sells decommissioned police cars is recalling run-in with the man responsible for the mass shooting in Portapique, N.S. As Shelley Steeves reports, he believes the shooter tried to buy an old police car from him a year and a half ago.
