New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said on Thursday that he’s been working with public health officials and the all-party cabinet committee in determining how to restart the economy, saying he would be rolling out information about the plan in the coming days. Chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell added the process must be “measured” and methodical.
